SABRINA OUELLETTE, STUDENT VOLUNTEER
Sabrina has traveled and worked overseas developing strong interpersonal skills with work opportunities in fruit harvesting. A few years ago, she moved to Vancouver and worked as a barista while rapidly adapting to her new environment. She explores her creativity through jewellery making and cooking. From her experiences, she developed a sense of responsibility, organisational skills, and appreciation of the world around her.
Sabrina is currently completing her Tourism Management degree at Capilano University. After her experience with CBT Vietnam, she discovered a passion in helping others in any way she can. She likes to be involved by taking on a variety of volunteer opportunities. She wants a career where she will be challenged and able to surpass herself. She is currently working at a hostel to gain more skills in low budget accommodation, since one of her goals is to operate her own inn one day. Until then, she hopes to work in community development locally or abroad where her bilingualism (French and English), energetic, positive, and open-minded attitude are ideal.
