QUAN HUY TOAN,, STUDENT VOLUNTEER
Quan Huy Toan is a third year Hanoi Open University Student. Active in his community, Toan has volunteered at the International Rice Congress, as well as has been an English tutor. He has traveled much of his home country and is excited for the opportunity to go to Sa Pa as a member of the CBT project team. His love for art, music, travel, and tourism, in addition to his eagerness to learn, will offer a unique perspective to the team and to the delivery of the training.
