Emily Cloutier, STUDENT VOLUNTEER
Emily is a recent graduate of the Outdoor Recreational Management Program at Capilano University. Since participating in the 2013/2014 CBT Vietnam trip, Emily is interested in pursuing a degree in Community Development. While in Vietnam, Emily primarily focused on environmental education with children and youth in the local villages. In the future, Emily intends to combine her passion for teaching with the outdoors and create adaptive education opportunities. Emily hopes to expand her horizons and teach in communities around the world.
Currently, Emily is traveling Oceania and South East Asia. Since being involved with the CBT Vietnam Project she has developed an interest for tourism management. She believes that tourism plays an important role in communities and has the potential to connect people around the world through education and culture. Emily is honoured to have been part of the CBT Vietnam Project and will continue to support their efforts in Vietnam.
